Former NAISS President, Comr. Kelechi Njoku, Passes Away at Age 46: Announcement and Funeral Details

Imo State mourns the loss of Comr. Kelechi Njoku, who served as the former President of NAISS.

The Njoku family, from Umuoparaduru Umuozri Inyishi in Ikeduru LGA of Imo State, sadly announces the passing of their esteemed son, uncle, and brother, Late Comr. Okay Njoku.

Funeral arrangements are as follows:

• Tuesday, April 2, 2024: A vigil will be held at his father’s residence near St. Peter’s Church, Umuozri Inyishi, starting at 3pm.
• Thursday, April 4, 2024: The body will be transported from Chetakwa Mortuary, Atta Ikeduru, to lie in state at his father’s home, beginning at 8pm.
• Friday, April 5, 2024: The burial service will take place at St. Peter’s Church at 11am, followed by interment at 1:00pm.
• Sunday, April 7, 2024: An outing service will be held at St. Peter’s Church.

Late Kelechi, who had been residing in Abuja and was in good health, tragically collapsed and passed away in his village.
