Apperantly, the degree of love which the people of Oru nation especially the Oru west, have for late John Frank Ugaliegbulem, was demonstrated on his night wakekeep that sorrowfully dovetailed into a sort of cannival in Ugbelle Mgbidi .
Our correspondent, at the vigil venue, in Ugbele the native home of the late former lawmaker in Imo House of Assembly, gathers that the night event did not just expose the fact that Oru west LGA has a rich cultural heritage. The uniqueness in which the cultures dances were displayed at the event, is a prove that the late lawmaker was a man of good reputation and a proponent of cultural norms and values.
It would be recalled that the night event was preceded by among others, a valedictory session that was well organized at hallowed chamber of the Imo House of Assembly as a rule in honour of a departed member.
The late lawmaker, who reprensented Oru west from 1999, died at the age of sixty. He was duely married and blessed with well performing Children to also mourn him.
Grapevine sources in the cabinet offices of the State Government House Owerri, reliably noted at press time, that the present Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma and the enlarged Exco members of his cabinet, including the principle members of the Legislative organ, have pioritized the burial ceremony as to ensure that his burial on the 8th of june remains very remarkable.
