Imo State Workers Applaud Governor Uzodimma’s Leadership for Enhanced Power Supply

On April 12, 2024, the industrious staff of Imo State Government, guided by Head of Service, Mr. Raymond Obioma Ucheoma, expressed gratitude to Governor Hope Uzodimma’s administration for improving electricity at the State Office in Owerri.

In a meeting with reporters at his Owerri office on Owerri/Port Harcourt Road, Mr. Ucheoma thanked Governor Uzodimma’s leadership for the positive changes.

Mr. Ucheoma highlighted the administration’s accomplishments, including enhanced power supply and the renovation of the State Office. He praised the State Office as a crucial economic hub and a symbol of effective governance.

Additionally, Mr. Ucheoma outlined Governor Uzodimma’s efforts to boost productivity and service quality. These efforts include ensuring 24-hour power supply at the State Office and improving the civil service to better serve the people of Imo State.

He also mentioned plans to digitize government ministries for smoother online operations and the installation of solar power systems at the State Office.

Regarding food aid distribution, Mr. Ucheoma confirmed its success, benefiting all government workers, especially those in universities, colleges, polytechnics, agencies, and other offices.

Encouraging all civil servants to stay dedicated to their work, Mr. Ucheoma stressed the importance of reciprocating Governor Uzodimma’s kindness and visionary leadership.

While expressing readiness to discuss his appointment, Mr. Ucheoma reiterated his commitment to effective service delivery and thanked the Governor for the opportunity.
