The Imo State Chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), under the leadership of Comr. Stephen Daberechi Akuchie, has extended warm birthday wishes to Barr. Enyinna Onuegbu, the Commissioner for Lands and Special Adviser (Political) to the Governor of Imo State.
