The Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Ajilo Branch, has empowered 115 women across Ondo State through a comprehensive skills acquisition and empowerment programme aimed at promoting self-reliance and economic independence.
The initiative, organised by the church, provided beneficiaries with hands-on vocational training and entrepreneurial guidance to enable them to start or strengthen small-scale businesses. The programme was designed to tackle poverty at the grassroots while equipping women with sustainable means of livelihood.
Leaders of the church said the empowerment drive was part of MFM’s broader commitment to community development and social responsibility. They noted that investing in women remains a strategic way of strengthening families, improving household income and fostering economic growth within communities.
Several beneficiaries described the programme as life-changing, expressing appreciation to the church for the opportunity and support. They said the skills acquired would help them become financially independent and better support their families.
The leadership of MFM Ajilo reaffirmed its resolve to continue rolling out empowerment initiatives, stressing that the church remains committed to uplifting lives and creating lasting impact in Ondo State and beyond.
