Nollywood actress and political appointee, Eniola Badmus, has vowed to take decisive legal action against a social media user who accused her of engaging in pimping activities involving young women and influential figures.
The controversy began after an X (formerly Twitter) user identified as @Femzydr1 publicly alleged that the actress facilitates relationships between girls and politicians, movie executives, and other high-profile individuals. The claims quickly gained attention online, sparking reactions from supporters and critics alike.
In a firm response, Badmus categorically denied the allegations, describing them as false, malicious, and damaging to her reputation. She stressed that such accusations are not only defamatory but also harmful to her career and public image. The actress stated that she would not treat the matter lightly and intends to pursue legal remedies against the individual responsible.
Beyond her career in Nollywood, Badmus currently serves as the Special Assistant on Social Events and Public Hearings to the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Given her dual role as a public figure in both entertainment and government, she emphasized that protecting her integrity is of utmost importance.
As of the time of reporting, no evidence has been publicly presented to substantiate the claims. Observers note that the situation may escalate into a legal battle if formal action is taken.
