The management of Rockview Hotel Owerri wishes to inform the general public, once again, that the hotel is not for sale. Despite persistent rumors circulating on social media, we categorically state that these claims are false and should be disregarded.
Recently, a fraudulent real estate company, Mariano Properties and Homes, has been spreading misinformation, falsely advertising that Rockview Hotel Owerri is on the market. They have been using the phone numbers 08034971419 and 08022882878 to propagate this deceit. We want to make it clear that these individuals or entities have no connection whatsoever with the hotel, nor do they have any authority or mandate from the hotel’s owners or management to offer it for sale.
We strongly advise the public to consider Mariano Properties and Homes as fraudsters who are attempting to scam unsuspecting individuals. Their intent is to deceive and swindle, and we urge everyone to be cautious and avoid engaging with them.
In response to this fraudulent activity, Rockview Hotel has briefed its legal team to initiate legal proceedings against those responsible. Additionally, we have alerted the relevant law enforcement agencies, and the police have been tasked with tracking down the operators of this fake real estate company.
Rockview Hotel Owerri remains fully operational and is committed to continuing its long-standing tradition of excellence in hospitality and tourism within Imo State.
