The youth oriented political structure known as City Boys Movement (CBM) Imo State chapter has demonstrated their commitment for Mr. President hence advocating for his maximum support from South Easterners particularly Imo State.
Speaking to newsmen in owerri the Imo State capital, during their democray match in the streets of owerri for Mr. President – His excellency Sen.Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Imo state co coordinator of CBM, Lady Kalu Ijeoma Ogboma advocated the various impactful achievements of Mr. President within his two years in office. These achievements includes removal of subsidy, LG Autonomy, elimination of ASSU strikes, increased minimum wage, south East development commission, youth empowerment among others.
According to the State coordinator for City Boys Movement (CBM) in Imo State, Lady Kalu Ijeoma Ogboma she said, ” Today the good people of Imo State have come out in mass to show their solidarity and support to Mr president ,His excellency Sen. Bola Tinubu. Indeed, l have seen what he has done in other states of the federation hence desired to mobilize my people in Imo state to ensure they give Mr President their maximum support in order to enjoy more dividends of democracy in the state and in the grassroots”.
In another development, the State coordinator for City Boys Movement in Imo State, Lady Kalu Ijeoma Ogboma pointed out that the error of neglecting to vote Sen. Bola Tinubu in 2023 general election will not repeat again because everybody has come out now to give their maximum support to the Renewed hope administration of Mr. president.
It was gathered that the City Boys Movement presently in all the 27 local government areas of the state as well as in the 36 states of the federation including FCT under the leadership of Hon Seye Tinubu as the national leader of the organization. Again, it also has patrons in the south East zone and Imo State with RT. Hon Benjamin Kalu and Ugwumba Uche Nwosu respectively.
