The President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria PFN, Bishop Francis Wale Oke, has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to intensify and sustain the fight against insecurity, insisting that terrorists and bandits must be decisively crushed without favoritism or compromise.

Speaking on Sunday, Bishop Oke said the security challenges facing the nation demand firm and courageous leadership. He urged the Federal Government to show clear resolve by ensuring that no individual, group, or interest is treated as above the law in the campaign against violence and criminality.

He noted that persistent insecurity continues to threaten national unity, economic progress, and the safety of citizens, warning that weak or selective action could further embolden criminal groups.

According to him, decisive enforcement of the law remains critical to restoring peace and public confidence.

The PFN president also called on security agencies to remain professional and resolute in carrying out their duties, while reaffirming the support of the Christian community for government efforts aimed at protecting lives and property.

He concluded by stressing that lasting peace can only be achieved when justice is applied fairly and criminal elements are confronted without fear or favoritism.
