The Chief of Imo City Transit, ICT/ Security Data Recording & Painting (ICT/SDCP), Hon. Elder Anaelechi Ukawunne, also known as Obowo, extends jubilant felicitations to all Imo natives who have been either reappointed or promoted to esteemed political roles within Governor Hope Uzodimma’s Shared Prosperity Administration. He lauds the Governor for his meticulous selection of Commissioner nominees and Special Advisers in recent appointments.
In an interview in Owerri on Friday, March 22nd, 2024, President Ukawunne praises Governor Uzodimma’s unparalleled leadership style, highlighting significant strides in infrastructural development, including the link road connecting Egbu Road Safety to Uratta/MCC Road and various other projects across the state’s 27 LGAs.
Furthermore, he applauds Governor Uzodimma for retaining Chief Sir.Cosmos Iwu as the Secretary to the Government of Imo State and other notable appointments, including Sir. Barr. Nnamdi Anyaehie, Chief (Dr.) Patrick Ekeji, and Barr.Olisaemeka Sydney Agbor, appointed as Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff (Administration), and Deputy Chief of Staff (Operations) respectively.
President Obowo also congratulates High Chief Barr. Enyinnaya Onuegbu on his reappointment as Head of the Imo Political Bureau and praises the appointment of Hon.Chief Ferdinand Uzodimma as the Deputy Chief of Staff (General Services) and Mr.Sam Anyalewechi Nwaobasi as Special Adviser on Programme & Policy Implementation/Monitoring. He appreciates Governor Uzodimma for authorizing the dissolution of all Boards of Government Parastatals, Agencies, Extra-Ministerial Departments, Commissions, and Development Centre Coordinators in the State. Additionally, he extends congratulations to all the Imo Commissioner nominees for their successful screening by the members of the Imo State House of Assembly.
Ukawunne expresses gratitude to Governor Uzodimma for fostering an enabling environment for ICT/SDCP to thrive positively, attributing the reduction in joblessness, touting, and insecurity in the transportation sector to the achievements of the ICT/SDCP directorship in Imo.
