Former presidential aide and political commentator, Reno Omokri, has thrown his weight behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, commending the Federal Government and Nigeria’s security forces for their ongoing efforts to tackle insecurity across the country.
In a public statement shared via his social media platforms, Omokri expressed confidence in President Tinubu’s leadership, describing the current administration’s approach to national security as focused and determined.
He stressed that safeguarding lives and property remains a critical responsibility of government and urged Nigerians to acknowledge progress being made, despite lingering security challenges.
Omokri paid special tribute to members of the Armed Forces, the Nigeria Police, and other security agencies, praising their courage and sacrifices in the line of duty.
He described them as gallant men and women who continue to risk their lives daily to protect the nation from various security threats, often under difficult and dangerous conditions.
According to him, the fight against insecurity requires collective national support, noting that unity and cooperation between citizens and the government are essential for lasting peace.
He called on Nigerians to stand behind the Commander-in-Chief and lend moral support to security personnel working to restore stability in troubled areas of the country.
