Last Wednesday, 8th of September, another remarkable birthday party was organized for the CEO of Umuna Villa Hotel and Suites cum Founder Akajiugo Charity Foundation , Prince Joseph Okwara, at his indigenous residence, Umuna Ancient kingdom, Orlu LGA.
The Birthday event commenced at 3:00 PM with an unprecedented gathering of friends, Orlu Indigenes that equally came back from far locations, the members and Principal officers of Akajiugo Charity Foundation, Family Members and neighbors were also his special quests.
The royal compound, was beautifully decorated for the birthday event and it all started with the crowd mingling and enjoying light music, snacks, sumptuous meals and specially presented drinks.
The day unfortunately coincided with two burial ceremonies in Orlu which Prince Akajiugo and all the members of Akajiugo Charity Foundation graciously attended from that morning till noon, before his birthday celebration in the evening. one was the burial of late Hon Camillus Obiagu, a strong member and APC faithful.
As the name, Prince Akajiugo resonates, the question is, do we have reasons, as Orlu people to always celebrate him? For want of time, the answer on the lips of every Orlu indigene, is capital Yes, because Akajiugo is a proven leader with experience, discipline, and commitment to service. He has prepared himself, to champion the interest of Orlu people. Akajiugo advocates for stronger measures to protect lives, communities and businesses. Akajiugo gives orlu people a renewed confidence in leadership and future. Akajiugo promotes skills, education, entrepreneurship and meaningful opportunities.
His birthday party proceeded with speeches that truly highlighted the Man called Akajiugo.There was a video montage showcasing his achievements. The birthday atmosphere was filled with warmth and unity, a true reflection of the bond, he shares with his people.
The highlight of the evening birthday party, was the cutting of a large chocolate cake presented by a Court Magistrate from Orlu. Every one sang the birthday song and joyfully wished Prince Joseph Okwara health multiple years ahead.
