Residents and motorists were thrown into confusion on Wednesday as gunfire reportedly erupted in parts of Osogbo, Osun State, following a confrontation involving Governor Ademola Adeleke’s convoy.
The incident reportedly occurred shortly after the governor left the palace of the Ataoja of Osogbo, with witnesses describing a tense atmosphere as gunshots were heard in the area.
