Comr. Ndubuisi Obido outlined his administration’s transformative agenda, focusing on addressing previous challenges such as violence, cultism, and kidnapping.
He emphasized the importance of unity and respect for traditional institutions, particularly acknowledging the role of Eze Abbysinia Ogbuji, the paramount ruler, in preserving cultural heritage and order.
PG Obido addressed the previous leadership, specifically Mr. Omuruka Kingsley Chigozie, urging them to embrace peace and cooperate with his government for a smooth transition of power.
He assured the community of his administration’s commitment to establishing a robust security system aimed at protecting lives and properties, prioritizing the welfare of the people.
Furthermore, Comr. Ndubuisi Obido expressed his full support for Governor Sen. Hope Uzodimma’s Shared Prosperity Administration, recognizing the governor as a source of hope for Imo State.
He also applauded the efforts of leaders like High Chief Charles Orie and encouraged all stakeholders to remain dedicated to Obile’s growth and development.
Comr. Obido extended his appreciation to the youth, women, and elders of Obile for their confidence in his leadership and pledged to fulfill his mandate with diligence, promising progress across all sectors for the community’s benefit.
