Dangote Refinery Reduces Petrol Price to ₦970, Aims to Ease Burden on Nigerians

by admin

The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has lowered the ex-depot price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) to ₦970 per litre, down from ₦990. Announced by Chief Branding Officer Anthony Chiejina, the move is a gesture of appreciation to Nigerians for their support and recognition of the government’s backing.

The refinery emphasized its commitment to delivering sustainable, high-quality fuel that meets global standards. This price adjustment could influence market trends, potentially easing transportation costs and consumer expenses.

As the largest single-train refinery globally, Dangote Refinery is positioned to reduce Nigeria’s fuel imports and drive economic growth, reinforcing its role as a transformative force in the country’s oil and gas sector.
