Miss Awarra Court Area Pet Project, Eze Buguma Foundation Hold Feminine Hygiene Program For Female Students in Ohaji

In order to build more moral values and culture of hygiene (cleanliness) in female children, Miss Awarra Court Area (ACA) Pet Project in conjunction With Eze Buguma Foundation had organized Feminine Hygiene Program for female students in Ohaji.

The program, being first of its kind at the area, was massively attended by SS2 and SS3 students from over ten schools in Ohaji. It was held recently at Assa Town School.

The program was quite educating, entertaining and

informing as it featured Lectures on Personal Hygiene, Drug and Substance Abuse among youths, Quiz Competition, Distribution of Gift Items to the best performed students and Cultural Dance.

The program was attended by worthy persons across the state, who called for the sustenance of the program at the locality to reduce moral decadence among female children.

Notably, the program was organized by the winner of 2023 Miss Awarra Court Area, Queen Uchenna Blossom Ezichiamaka and Eze Buguma Foundation and sponsored by Member representing Ohaji/Egbema State Constituency in Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Uzoma Francis Osuoha, Hon. Kenneth Ekwueme, former Special Adviser to the Governor on House of Assembly Service Commission and Comr. Ugorji Emmanuel, Niger Delta Youth Movement (NDYM) Chairman, Imo State Chapter.

Speaking, one of the sponsors of the program and Chief Executive Officer of Eze Buguma Foundation, Hon. Uzoma Francis Osuoha, advised the female students to practice hygiene, shun immoral act, illicit drugs and substances to prevent disease, infection and sickness, thereby live healthy and become useful to themselves, families and the society.

According to the vibrant lawmaker, “make hygiene your tradition, because it will prevent you from disease, infection and sickness. Just as you do not indulge in hard drugs or any illicit substance or narcotics. They damage the brain and other organs of the body. The lecture given to you is apt and educating, put it into practice because it will help you grow well as teenagers, as well as become more useful”.

While eulogizing the winner of 2023 Miss Awarra Court Area, Queen Uchenna Blossom Ezichiamaka and others for organizing the program which he described as wonderful, rich and thoughtful, Osuoha thanked the senior female students, dignitaries, among others, for gracing the event.

He assured that Eze Buguma Foundation will continue to affect lives positively to reduce poverty, crime and violence in Ohaji/Egbema.
