Mrs. Rubby Emele has persistently emerged as the favored nominee for commissioner among the populace of Imo, owing to her exceptional and unblemished performance in the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs. Her nurturing and peace-loving disposition, coupled with her adept utilization of her divinely bestowed talents and sagacity, have served to sustain tranquility across all autonomous communities in the state, notwithstanding the prevalent insecurity and spates of regal fatalities.
