In light of the recent accusations circulating in the public domain, I, Hon. Pascal Nwakamma, unequivocally deny the baseless claims that I have engaged in any form of land grabbing. These allegations are completely unfounded and lack any merit.
I want to make it clear that my actions regarding the land in question have always been in strict accordance with the law. I stand firmly by the judgment handed down by the court, which has guided all my dealings in this matter. I have never, and will never, participate in any illegal or unethical activities, especially concerning land ownership.
These accusations appear to be part of a deliberate effort to mislead the public and damage my reputation. I strongly urge everyone to focus on the facts and the established legal processes rather than be influenced by false narratives and sensationalism. My commitment remains to uphold the law and ensure that justice prevails.
To reiterate, I have not engaged in any land grabbing, and my actions have been entirely lawful. My dedication is to the service of the public, and I will continue to operate with integrity, fairness, and respect for the law in all my endeavors.
