The Mazi Organization, (TMO) a political structure of Dr. China Amadi, a 2027 Imo governorship hopeful,, has received to it’s fold, chieftains of the APC, PDP and ADP ahead of 2027 Imo governorship election.
Those received were Engr. Paul Opara, the immediate past Owerri Zonal chairman of APC, Hon. Udo Agoha, former Commissioner for Agriculture and Imo State Coordinator of the Big Tent, Titus Anyanwu, Okenze Henry Unegbu, Hon Chinenye Ezuruike, former Ezinihitte LGA chairmanship aspirant,

Others were Princess Juliet Anyanwu, Engr. Fred Kamalu, Dr. Uzor Mmezi, ADP State Chairman and members of the party, Engr. Paul Ejiogu, former ward chairman of APC in Ngorkpala LGA among others.
Receiving the new members on Thursday, 6th, March, 2025, in Owerri, the organization expressed profound gratitude to them, promising to ensure a level play ground for all and Sundry in it’s quest to librate Imo State
In a communique read by its state publicity secretary, Hon. Cajetan Duke, the organization expressed gratitude to President Ahmad Bola Tinibu and Governor Hope Uzodimma for their respective unalloyed commitment to a secured and propererous Nigeria.
The communique however, described TMO as a masse movement built on the principles of inclusivity, transparency and accountability, committed to providing a veritable platform for Ndi Imo to participate actively in the state’s decision-making process.

The organization expressed belief that the time had come for a new breed of leaders who would prioritize the welfare and development of Imo, to pilot the affairs of the state.
The communique pointed out that TMO would deliver on its core mandate of liberating Imo come 2027, considering the influx of seasoned politicians in it’s fold,
In his remark, one of the new members, Hon. Akomas Brent from Obowu LGA of Imo State, said he decided to join the organization for want of positive change in the political space of the state .
Akomas who could not hide his feelings said that Imo State had been kidnapped and under the control of a certain fraternity, stressing the need for the state to be rescued from the stranglehold of the said fraternity.

Hallmark of the brief reception ceremony was induction of the new members into the team by the organization’s legal adviser, Hon Uche Nwosu
Some of the dignitaries who graced the event were, Hon. Uche Ogbuagu, former Majority Leader, Imo State House of Assembly, Hon Michael Crown, former member, Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Blyden Amajirionwu, former member, Imo State House of Assembly, Sir George Egu, former secretary, Imo State PDP.
