BIOGRAPHY/FUNERAL ORATION OF LATE BARRISTER AUGUSTINE GENTLE IKEMEFULA NWADISHI(ESQ)
We gathered here to justify the preacher who said that “there is time for everything” according to the book of Eccl 3:1-3 and I quote “To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” “A time to be born and a time to die; thus whatsoever that happens it is still within the purpose of God”. Furthermore, in chapter 7 of Eccl in verse 1, the preacher also demystified death and clearly put it this way. “A good name is better than fine perfume and the day of death, better than the day of birth”, end of quote. This highlighted that the value of a life well-lived and the reputation, legacy left behind is what matter most than death itself.
