Obviously inspired by his unswerving fidelity to; church teachings, charity, community development and evangelism the CEO and Founder, Akajiugo Charity Foundation and frontline contestant for Orlu, Orsu & Oru East Federal constituency, Hon Amb. Prince Joseph Okwara was recently confered with a Prestigeou award by the Catholic church.
Hon. Prince Okwara who is also known as Akajiugo of Umuna, received the award on the occasion of the Catholic Social Forum of Orlu Diocesan Laity Council.
Presenting the award to Hon. Prince Akajiugo, the Auxillary Bishop of Orlu Diocese, His Lordship, Bishop Thomas Obiefule stated that catholic prestigious awards and honors hold profound importance. 'it serves as both spiritual validation of their faith and formal recognition of their service to church and society. It encourages the highest ideals of the Catholic faith, motivate positive behavior, and foster a shared sense of mission.
Bishop Obiefule happily noted that Hon Prince Joseph Okwara is being celebrated for his exemplary leadership, long -term contributions, Charity and commitment to the local Communities.
Fielding questions from newsmen on his meritorious awards, Hon Prince Joseph Okwara expressed gratitude to God for divine mercy and grace. He further explains that he is dedicating the award to the Catholic Pope Leo xiv for being a world best religious model and also to his friends, family members, staff of Akajiugo Foundation and humanity at large.
