It was a joyful day for parents, teachers and students of Madonna Model Schools, Owerri,Imo State on 25th June,2024 during the celebration of their Cultural Day.
The event witnessed cultural display by students from different parts of the world including Imo,Abia, Ebonyi, Enugu, Anambra,India, South Africa, Ghana and Scotland.
However,Indian Students emerged overall first position,Enugu became second position as Imo came third position in the cultural display which include dancing competition and food exhibition.
Speaking, the Principal of Madonna Model Schools comprising Nursery, Primary and Secondary Schools,Rev. Sister Maria Tina Nwosu expressed happiness over the massive turn-out for the event.
Rev. Sister Nwosu told newsmen that her School always mark Cultural Day in June every year.
She expressed happiness over the performance of her students and thanked parents and teachers for their untiring contributions towards the growth of Madonna Model Schools.
According to the Reverend Sister, the Catholic Church owned Schools will soon celebrate silver jubilee.
