Kelechi Iwueze, a prominent philanthropist and successful real estate entrepreneur from Umunumo in Ehime-Mbano, Imo State, has declared his intention to run for the position of Local Government Council Chairman in the September 2024 election.

Iwueze’s extensive experience includes serving as the former Council Transition Committee Chairman, Imo Commissioner for the Judiciary Service Commission, and Imo APC Local Government Party Chairman. His career has equipped him with the skills needed to lead and develop Ehime-Mbano.

Iwueze’s campaign, themed “A New Ehime-Mbano,” focuses on local government reform and grassroots development. He emphasizes the importance of adhering to the zoning formula, which ensures balanced representation between the Western and Eastern blocs of Ehime-Mbano. With current leaders from the Western Bloc, Iwueze believes it is time for the Eastern Bloc to lead.

Iwueze promises to address the issue of insecurity, restore damaged infrastructure, and promote safety. He advocates for elections as a means of public service rather than personal enrichment, aiming to create a prosperous and secure community.

Iwueze seeks the support of Ehime-Mbano residents, pledging effective youth empowerment, welfare programs, security, accountability, and overall community development. He also commends Governor Uzodimma for his leadership and commits to leading with integrity and dedication.

Kelechi Iwueze is ready to bring positive change to Ehime-Mbano. He invites all stakeholders to join him in building a brighter future for the community.

Together, we can achieve a New Ehime-Mbano,” Iwueze concludes.
