A frontline contender of Orlu Local Government chairmanship position under the ruling All Progressives Congress,APC,Hon. Henry Ikenna Egwuatu popularly called “Ozuomee n’ Orlu” has felicitated with the Executive Governor of Imo State,His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma on his Supreme Court victory last week Friday.
Speaking to newsmen on Tuesday in Owerri,Hon. Egwuatu stated that Supreme Court has defended the mandate bestowed on Governor Uzodimma by the masses on 11th November,2023 Imo State off-cycle gubernatorial election.
“Honestly,”one good turn, deserves another”, that is to say that Governor Uzodimma did extremely well in his first tenure in office both in the areas of road infrastructure, educational sector and workers welfare.
We are happy that litigations are over as the Governor can now concentrate with his good governance.
Therefore,we urge all the litigants to stealth their swords and join hands to make Imo a State of our collective dream.
May the Almighty God continue to protect and give him more wisdom to pilot the affairs of ndi Imo”,he prayed.
“Ozuomee” further pledged his continue support to the 3R Government of Governor Uzodimma, urging APC faithful to vote him the Party flag bearer in the forthcoming primary elections.
