Prominent banker and politician, Mohammed Hayatu-Deen, has officially declared his intention to contest the 2027 presidential election under the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) following a high-profile meeting with former President Goodluck Jonathan in Abuja.
Speaking after the meeting, Hayatu-Deen said the visit was aimed at informing the former president about his decision to join the race and seek the ADC presidential ticket ahead of the 2027 general elections.
