Farreach International Ltd, a leading development and innovation company, has presented its newly developed digital research and technology applications to the Imo State Ministry of Digital Economy and E-Government.

The event, held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at the Ministry’s Annex in Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri, featured a presentation by the company’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Chijioke Dikeocha, alongside his team. The Honourable Commissioner, Dr. Chimezie Amadi, was represented at the occasion by the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Mrs. Violet Igwe.

In her address, Dr. Igwe commended Farreach International for introducing innovative solutions that align with the state’s digital agenda. She stressed that under the leadership of His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma, the Imo State Government remains open to partnerships that can strengthen the digital economy and advance knowledge-driven development.

During the presentation, Farreach International unveiled the Farreach Theory and its practical extension, the Farreach 1 Toolkit. According to the company, the model is based on academic research published in the Annals of the International Communication Association and was designed to bridge the gap between innovation and impact by ensuring that technology is people-centered and result-driven.

Dikeocha, while speaking, encouraged the public to download the Farreach 1 Toolkit on Google Play store which is a free app.

Farreach International also announced the development of other digital products, including the Farmers App, Security App, and Security Plus App. These tools are aimed at addressing major challenges in agriculture, security, governance, and community development.

We are calling on governments, donor agencies, corporate bodies, and community leaders across Nigeria to partner with us in adopting these digital solutions,” said Dikeocha. “With the right collaboration, we can design strategies that not only solve problems but also create sustainable impact.

The presentation was warmly received by officials of the Ministry, who described the initiative as a timely step towards positioning Imo State at the forefront of digital transformation.
