Former Deputy Governor of Imo State and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) senatorial hopeful for Imo East (Owerri Zone), Prince Eze Madumere (MFR), celebrated his 62nd birthday on Saturday by reaching out to vulnerable children and destitute persons in Owerri, turning the occasion into a day dedicated to compassion and service.

Joined by supporters, political associates, and members of the Journey of Grace (JOG) movement, Team Prince Eze Madumere, PEMCO, PEMPM, and the PDP, the former deputy governor embarked on a colourful motorcade across the Owerri metropolis before visiting the Nigerian Red Cross Home and the Save A Child Motherless and Abandoned Babies Home.

During the visits, relief materials, food items, and gifts were presented to the children, while Prince Madumere shared messages of hope, love, and encouragement. The outreach reflected his long-standing tradition of celebrating his birthday by caring for the less privileged.

Speaking during the visit, the Chairman of the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Imo State Branch, Hon. Barr. Greg Okemili, commended Prince Madumere for consistently remembering vulnerable children, describing the gesture as commendable and worthy of emulation. He also prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the former deputy governor and expressed optimism about his 2027 senatorial ambition.

Similarly, the Director of Save A Child Motherless and Abandoned Babies Home, Mrs. Osinachi Nwaneri, appreciated Prince Madumere for his generosity and continued support for vulnerable children, offering prayers for the success of his political aspiration.

The humanitarian outreach once again reflected Prince Eze Madumere’s enduring passion for helping those in need and demonstrated his commitment to improving the lives of the less privileged through acts of kindness and service.
