The Oyo State High Court has delivered a landmark judgment as Justice Oyeyemi Ajayi on Monday sentenced six individuals to death by hanging after finding them guilty of conspiracy and murder.
The court held that the prosecution successfully established the charges against the convicts, proving beyond reasonable doubt that they were involved in the planning and execution of the crime. Justice Ajayi, in delivering the judgment, emphasized that the offences committed were grave and carried severe consequences under the law.
