The Coordinator, Imo Progressive Movement (IPM), Comr. Jeff Nwaoha, has stated that the payment of gratuities to pensioners in the state by government was a great feat.
Nwaoha added that the payment would largely help the pensioners to mitigate the current economic hardship that militates against the people.
Nwaoha who disclosed this while having an exclusive chat with our reporter in Owerri on Tuesday, maintained that the feat by Governor Hope Uzodimma will spur workers on hard work, efficiency and accountability, thereby increasing economic generation and infrastructural development in the state.
Nwaoha who has been contributing actively to the goodness and advancement of Imo State, described the “Governor as a good man who is democratic and visionary, working diplomatically and sincerely to the social development and economic stability of the state to strengthen peace, conviviality and security”.
